Submission Guideline

Send your abstract in .pdf format to the Easychair system at the following URL:
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icht2018
You will need an Easychair account to submit your abstract or paper. If you do not have it before, you can sign up an account on this page by clicking the link  sign up for an account.

Each abstract should include and only include:
Title, author names, affiliations, emails, keywords, and the abstract with maximum 300 words. Abstract submission deadline is 31 May 2018.

Full paper submission – 8 pages. Submission deadline: June 25, 2018.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The work described has not been published before
  2. It is not under consideration for publication anywhere else
  3. Its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out.
  4. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.

Permissions

Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

  1. Paper should be written in English.
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. The length of submitted paper is at least 4 pages and no more than 6 pages.
  4. Use a reference management tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote to manage and to format the reference with IEEE style citation format.
  5. You need to log in to submit your paper, which requires you to be registered.
  6. Supplementary files such as graphs, pictures, images, or video and audio files can be included to ICHTPS’s Server if necessary.
  7. An abstract is required for a paper submission.
  8. You can upload a revised version, if requested by Editor.

Authors who publish in ICHTPS agree to the following terms:

Authors retain copyright and grant the ICHTPS right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-SA 4.0) that allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) the work for any purpose, even commercially with an acknowledgement of the work’s authorship and initial publication in ICHTPS.

Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the proceedings’ published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in ICHTPS.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).
